Whether you are beginning your journey with the Arabic alphabet or advancing your memorization, your path is tailored to you. We do not use automated exams. Instead, every applicant undergoes a personalized academic review and a 1-on-1 assessment interview to ensure precise placement into our Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced tiers.

1. Submit Application
Complete the official admissions form with your personal and academic details.
2. Processing Fee
Submit the one-time ₦10,000 application fee via our secure payment gateway.
3. Admissions Review
Your application will be carefully reviewed by the Office of the Registrar.
4. Assessment Interview
Receive a private link to schedule a virtual assessment to determine your placement.
5. Official Enrollment
Upon acceptance, receive your admission letter and a secure link to pay tuition.

Is the application form compulsory?
Yes. Every prospective student must complete the official application form before moving to the next stage of the admission process.
Is there an application fee?
Yes. An application fee is required to process your submission and begin the admission review procedure.
What happens after I submit my application?
After your application is submitted and the application fee is paid, your details will be reviewed by the admissions team.
Will I be contacted after applying?

Will I have an interview with an instructor?
Yes. Applicants will receive a scheduling link to book an interview session with an instructor after their application has been reviewed.
Why is the interview necessary?
The interview helps the academy understand the student’s background, learning goals, and present academic level so that proper placement can be made.
Can I choose Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced directly?
You may indicate your preferred starting level in the application, but final placement is subject to academic review and instructor guidance.
Does paying the application fee mean I have been fully admitted?
No. The application fee covers the admission processing stage only. Final enrollment is subject to review and the next steps communicated by the academy.
Can international students apply?
Yes. Boss Online Academy welcomes applicants from different locations, provided they can meet the academic and technical requirements of the programme.
